PNG files with a transparent background at 300 DPI work best for DTF. We also accept PDF, AI, EPS and SVG. For embroidery, twill, appliqué and chenille, vector files give the cleanest results.

Most DTF transfer orders ship same or next business day. Stitched and specialty items like embroidery, appliqué, chenille and 3D hat logos take a little longer — the estimated production time is shown when you order.

As a general guide: pre-press the garment for 3–5 seconds, then press the transfer at around 300–320°F with medium pressure for 10–15 seconds. Peel as directed on the instructions included with your order, then re-press for 5 seconds with a cover sheet for extra durability.

Settings vary by heat press and fabric, so always test on a sample first.

Wait 24 hours after pressing before the first wash. Turn garments inside out, wash cold on a gentle cycle, and tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid bleach and don't iron directly on the design.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. If there's a production defect, we'll reprint or refund it — no hassle.

Because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns for artwork errors or change-of-mind once production has started, so please double-check your proof.
